Skilled role-play actors stage your reality, briefly and precisely: a change that gets stuck, a conversation or decision that lands badly. You see the consequences play out in front of you, and it becomes clear where it goes wrong, and why.
You are the experts
With safe yet incisive facilitation, you are invited into the situation and try out new ways of speaking and acting. It is your experiences, perspectives and feelings that make you experts, and that is why you are the ones who find the solutions in practice.
It works
You can talk about difficult situations and conflicts without pointing fingers at anyone,
because the situation is fictional,
but 100% recognisable.
Result
- Everyone is involved, including the quiet and the sceptical
- You gain insight into why colleagues think, feel and act as they do
- You get a shared language and a safe space where you can talk together about what is difficult
- You leave with concrete actions and phrasings that you have already tried out
- Those who used to stand on opposite sides see each other as colleagues and not as opponents.
How it works
- An initial conversation to identify your needs
- Interviews about the situations you would like to work with
- I write the script, and you review it until it is spot on
- We agree on the framework, so all participants feel safe
- The session can last from 2 hours to a full day and is often for larger groups.
All our employees were incredibly enthusiastic!
Every time we have worked with Ditte, there has been learning and insight combined with a strong element of team building.
That happens because Ditte’s exercises always have a good explanation, a clear and relevant reason, and there is always something important at stake.

Ditte has a very special way with our prison officers when she facilitates forum theatre training.
She shows clear and distinct leadership of the group as a whole, while each individual is seen and held.
She holds the space and challenges people, so the potential for learning and personal growth is huge.
