Do you want your presentations to match your expertise – and to feel confident before, during and after you present?
I help you understand your audience’s needs, reach your shared goals and make your message land clearly.
Together we practise how to
- Create impact, connection and presence
- Take responsibility for the room and the participants
- Use body language, voice, pace, pauses, energy and emotions
- Communicate visually, improvise and use storytelling
- Recognise, understand, reduce and use your nerves
- Communicate complex material clearly and precisely
- Keep a clear structure and avoid unnecessary detail
- Distinguish between "need to know" and "nice to know" in slides, examples, data and statistics
- Become aware of your own habits and get concrete tools.
It works
Because you train.
You present, get specific feedback and try again.
You feel the difference straight away.
The training makes what you work on stick.
Who is it for?
Anyone who wants to get better at communicating with others: teams, managers, specialists, boards, consultants, TV presenters, editors, politicians…
How it works
- An initial conversation to identify your needs
- Executive programmes: 3–5 individual sessions
- Group programmes: from a few hours to two-day courses
- We train your presentation, whether you are going on TV, standing in front of many new people or speaking to your team.
I have used Ditte as a coach several times over the last 10 years, and I keep coming back.
Ditte managed to push us so we were a little off balance, while holding out a hand so we had something to grab hold of if it got too difficult.
Book her, you won’t regret it.
Julie Fraugde, Senior Technical Consultant, Molio
Ditte has a unique ability to make us tune in.
Pace, pauses, composure and body language are not abstract concepts, but something we practise and experience in our own bodies.
She creates a space where it is safe to fail and experiment, while being sharp and precise in her feedback.
